After more than a year of preparation, ProtectOne Kft. – home to well-known brands such as Tickless, Fürree, and Miteless – has further expanded and strengthened by integrating Best4You Kft., a company widely recognized for its BioZoo.hu webshop and the Zooro and Barf Love brands. It is rare in Hungary for two well-established companies in the pet industry – both regular participants of the Pet Forum – to unite their forces. This merger is not only significant from an economic perspective but also because the two companies share similar values and goals. The industry has now reached a remarkable milestone with this unique development.
Since 2017, BioZoo.hu, created by Best4You Kft., has supported holistic pet health, a more sustainable future, and conscious pet owners. The company distributes exclusively BIO-certified, 100% natural and eco-friendly products at retail, wholesale, and manufacturing levels. In Hungary, BioZoo.hu is uniquely certified by Öko Garancia with the official BIO certification, guaranteeing that its portfolio truly offers the purest and safest products for both dogs and cats.
As a result of the merger, ProtectOne Kft. now provides partners and customers with stronger manufacturing and commercial capacities, greater warehouse space, and a broader product portfolio. A key driver of this new joint direction is innovation: Róbert Somogyi, former owner of Best4You Kft., will continue his work as co-owner and Business Development Director of ProtectOne Kft., bringing more than a decade of professional expertise to strengthen the company’s product development and e-commerce activities.
